A new custom home or large addition is typically six to twelve months. We’ll provide a realistic timeline with your quote and update you if anything affects it.

  • Yes. Oke Building is a licensed residential builder under NSW Fair Trading. We carry current public liability insurance and workers compensation insurance. We’re happy to provide licence and insurance details on request.

  • Communication is something we take seriously. No hunting through text messages and emails trying to find what was agreed. If anything significant comes up, you'll hear from us before you have to ask.

  • Changes happen, and we handle them through a formal variation process. We’ll document exactly what’s changing, what it costs (or saves), and how it affects the timeline — and we get your written approval before proceeding. You won’t be surprised by variation charges on your final invoice
