How we manage your project

Older Northern Rivers homes — many built pre-1980 in timber-frame weatherboard — have their own characteristics. We know what to expect: asbestos-containing materials, subfloor conditions, and framing that reflects the construction norms of its era. We factor this into our scoping and pricing so you're not surprised when work begins.
