We take time to understand the full scope of what a project actually involves before we quote. For unusual builds, that means more upfront investigation — site visits, consultation with engineers or certifiers, and an honest conversation about what's known and what isn't.

We price custom projects transparently, identifying provisional sums and exclusions clearly so there are no surprises when work is underway.

Darren Oke managed the building of our garage which was a complex development project. The project involved a six metre diameter car turntable and required building into the side of the hill and up from the roadway throughout subtropical weather conditions. The building works required council liaison to rework approved plans and structural building and management of our Inclinator lift provided by PR King.
